Amy Sharp is a Physical Therapist with special training in the Graston Technique, Aquatics and the McKenzie Method for the lumbar spine. She specializes in hand therapy and fabrication/fitting of splints. She has a strong desire to help people and make them better. She continues to be inspired by patients that give their all and go from little use due to injury/surgery to full function. 

Her patient care philosophy is to treat each patient as if they are like family and treat them the way she would want to be treated as a patient. Amy believes in listening to each patient in order to find the best treatment plan and working together to get better. Every patient and their goals for recovery are different which makes her job diverse, ever changing and always interesting. Amy loves being able to take each patient to the goal line and hearing them say “I can do this today, and I could not one week ago!” 

She also enjoys being a member of the COC team because it allows her to care for her patients from the initial consultation with the doctor, surgery/non-surgical treatment, rehab and overall follow up and dismissal. She enjoys being part of a team effort to improve the overall wellbeing of each patient.
